Healthy Tip: Drink 2 Liters of Water a Day

One important element of the six health factors mentioned by the concept of CBA's health was "healthy water". Why? because 70% of our body is water and therefore we need water to balance the body's metabolism. Health experts analyze at least our bodies every day need to consume 2 liters of pure water each day.

Well if you are confused how we can drink 2 liters of water every day. Please read the following recommendations to facilitate the schedule we consume 8 glasses of water or the equivalent of 2 liters of water.

Recommended schedule for drinking two liters of water every day:

30 minutes before breakfast: 1 cup
2.5 hours after breakfast: 1 cup
30 minutes before lunch: 1 cup
2.5 hours after lunch: 1 cup
30 minutes before dinner: 2 cups
2.5 hours after dinner: 1 cup
30 minutes before bed: 1 cup

In the schedule above, most of us consume water before eating. Apparently it also has some additional advantages, namely:

1. Will reduce your appetite because your stomach feels full.
2. Provide positive benefits for your digestion.

So it's hard not to drink 2 liters of water every day
